What optional services are available for a one-time fee?

Training – Configuring and using Member Impact - This training is designed for those administrators who are responsible for anything related to their member engagement. It includes how members can apply, the automated response, ongoing communications and tracking member information

  • Option 1 - Video training library – always free
  • Option 2 - Q&A sessions to assist with the video-based training: 20 minutes - $50
  • Option 3 - Immersive hands-on training via web meetings: 45 minutes - $105
  • Option 4 - Immersive hands-on training in person at our Adelaide office: 45 minutes - $105

Import member contact information - $110

Import custom fields into member profiles - $22 / field (regardless of the number of members)
